What is Your Minimum?: For Renaissance it's 48 pieces. Renaissance receives lower pricing because we are able to manufacture the shirts by combining orders together. On all other orders 24 pieces is the minimum. Can I Customize a Design?: In most cases you can customize a design. On Renaissance designs we like to keep them static and add a small print on another side (drop) with your information on it. If you want to customize a Renaissance design it would be considered a custom order and will be quoted as such. How Do I Pay?: We take all major Credit Cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercharge and American Express). You also take checks and P.O.'s. If you want to stop by and pay cash...we won't turn you away. When is Payment Due?: We will give you a 3% pre-payment discount if you pay for the order before we go into production. Otherwise, 30 days from the time your order ships. What is Your Turnaround?: We process your art as fast as we can...sometimes it's within hours, sometimes within a day, sometimes 2 days. Once your order is approved we strive to ship within 1 week and whatever UPS transit time is to get to you. Keep in mind we manufacture in Los Angeles and Orlando.
